Job Details:

Experience in Tech/Semi Tech support such as Dell, HP, Desktop /ISP/Printers/Windows/Microsoft support etc.
At least 1 year of international BPO experience in technical or semi technical process is compulsory.
Technical bent of mind & good technical aptitude.
Inclination towards networking as career.
Prior troubleshooting experience.
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Including Night Shifts).
Prior experience of Voice based technical support.
Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills.
Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz: Routing Protocols, TCP/ IP and IRQs, Basic operating systems related to networking.
Candidate should be excellent with English communication skills (written/ verbal) and soft skills.
Candidate should be at least graduate with technical bent of mind.
